China says foreigners should not interfere in Cambodia after election

BEIJING (REUTERS) – Foreigners should not interfere in Cambodia’s internal affairs, the Chinese government’s top diplomat told his Cambodian counterpart, following an election in the South-east Asian nation that critics said was neither free nor fair.
