JAKARTA – Sunday’s (Aug 5) magnitude 7 earthquake that claimed more than 90 lives and displaced hundreds was probably connected to a less deadly tremor in July and both could foreshadow a bigger one, according to a prominent Australian seismologist. Not everyone in the field though agrees with him.
