Indonesian lawmaker calls for probe into deaths of hundreds of election staff

JAKARTA (REUTERS) – A top Indonesian lawmaker has demanded a parliamentary inquiry into the deaths of more than 500 officials during last month’s elections, most of them linked to fatigue-related illnesses in gruelling work conditions.
