Chinese watchdog warns Alibaba on sale of Internet access tools

BEIJING (BLOOMBERG) – China’s top cyberspace regulators have warned Alibaba Group Holding and other online services against carrying illicit content, substances and tools to help users circumvent the nation’s internet content barriers.
