Talks to form New Zealand coalition govt start, no decision until after final count

WELLINGTON (REUTERS) – New Zealand First Party leader Winston Peters began talks on Thursday (Oct 5) with the governing National Party and opposition Labour Party aimed at forming a coalition government after last month’s inconclusive election.
